The project

A clearer view of your holdings.

A classic Java web application: Servlets handle requests, a JSP renders the page and a small service layer does the maths, with positions stored in an embedded H2 database. Prices come from Yahoo Finance and refresh every five minutes.

  • Buy and sell; lots and weighted average cost update automatically.
  • Daily and weekly change, profit and loss, all converted to lira.
  • Target prices per stock and a target for the whole portfolio.
  • Privacy mode that masks every amount with one click.
  • Offline demo mode with simulated prices, and unit tests for the maths.
